- 1 piece of lavash bread we used Joseph’s Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 small tomato sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded light cheddar cheese
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 8 ounces fully cooked shredded chicken
- 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing we used our homemade Caesar dressing
- salt, pepper, or Everything Bagel Seasoning optional
Lay one piece of lavash bread on a flat surface. Use a fork to mash the avocado onto the wrap, spreading it evenly. Season with salt, pepper, or Everything Bagel Seasoning, if desired.
Layer the sliced tomato, shredded light cheddar cheese, fully cooked shredded chicken, and chopped romaine evenly over the avocado.
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the romaine and other toppings.
Roll the lavash tightly, slice in half, and enjoy your homemade Chicken Caesar Wrap!
- Caesar Dressing: Make our homemade Caesar dressing or use your favorite store-bought Caesar dressing.
- Add Dressing At The End: To keep the wrap from getting soggy, add the Caesar dressing just before serving or spread it on the romaine instead of directly on the lavash.
- Chicken: We love to use rotisserie chicken for a quick and effortless option! Or, you can use grilled chicken or any fully cooked chicken.
- Bread Alternatives: If you don’t have lavash, use a whole wheat tortilla, pita, or a low-carb wrap.
- Prep Ahead: Use a store-bought rotisserie chicken or make our slow cooker chicken recipe. Also, make our Caesar dressing or use a store-bought Caesar salad dressing of your choice. Store all of these ingredients separately to quickly assemble wraps throughout the week.
