- 15.5 ounce can of white cannellini beans
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Rinse and drain the white beans. Then, add them to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Add the white miso paste, water, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and salt to the blender or food processor.
Blend until the hummus is smooth and enjoy!
