WHITE BEAN HUMMUS

This white bean hummus is crave-worthy! Cannellini beans are perfect in this hummus and the addition of white miso paste gives it the ultimate umami flavor.

Ingredients

  • 15.5 ounce can of white cannellini beans
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain the white beans. Then, add them to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  • Add the white miso paste, water, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and salt to the blender or food processor.
  • Blend until the hummus is smooth and enjoy!
