TRUFFLE CREAM CHEESE RECIPE

This truffle cream cheese recipe is bursting with the incredible flavors of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, tangy cream cheese, and savory truffle oil.

Ingredients

  • 1, 8 ounce block of light or fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black truffle oil
  • 1/2 ounce freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Let the block of cream cheese sit on the counter at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes. This helps soften the cream cheese so it is easier to combine.
  • Add the softened cream cheese to a large bowl. Then, add the truffle oil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Thoroughly combine these ingredients with a silicone spatula or fork. Once combined, serve the truffle cream cheese and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  • Storage: Store leftover truffle cream cheese in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
  • Grate The Parmesan: For the best flavor and texture, make sure to freshly grate the Parmesan cheese.
  • Truffle Oil To Use: We used black truffle oil, but you could substitute it for white truffle oil.
  • Serving: This recipe serves 16 and each serving is about one tablespoon.
