Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • cracked pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk optional to thin out the dressing

Instructions

  • Freshly grate the Parmesan cheese and freshly squeeze the lemon juice.
  • Add the 0-fat Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, anchovy paste, stone-ground mustard, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
  • Thoroughly mix the dressing in the bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk to thin out the dressing if desired, and enjoy!

  • Thinner Dressing: If you prefer a thinner Caesar dressing, add one to two tablespoons of milk until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Freshly Grate: For the best flavor freshly grate the Parmesan cheese.
  • Mix: Ensure you thoroughly mix the dressing so there aren’t any lumps of Greek yogurt.
  • Storage: Store leftover Caesar salad dressing in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
