Ingredients

  • 1 package of Boursin garlic and herb cheese regular or light
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 peppercorns
  • 1 carrot
  • parsley stems, pretzel sticks, or rosemary stems optional for the arms

Instructions

  • Cut the Boursin cheese in half. Take slightly more than half of one portion and set it aside to form the head of the snowman. Combine the remaining portion with the other half of the cheese to create the body of the snowman.
  • Place the head portion on a piece of plastic wrap and the body portion on another piece of plastic wrap. Wrap each portion securely in the plastic wrap and gently shape them into balls using your hands. Adjust as needed to create a smooth shape.
  • Roll both cheese balls in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully coated.
  • Assemble the snowman by stacking the smaller cheese ball (head) on top of the larger cheese ball (body). Press gently to secure them together.
  • Decorate the snowman. Use 2 peppercorns for the eyes, 3 for the buttons, and 7 for the mouth. Cut a small piece of carrot to form the nose and press it into the center of the head. For arms, insert parsley stems, pretzel sticks, or rosemary sprigs into the sides of the body.
  • Place the snowman on a festive serving platter and pair it with crackers or fresh vegetables. Keep it refrigerated until ready to serve.
