RASPBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

These raspberry overnight oats are packed with the flavors of sweet raspberries! You can add mini chocolate chips to make chocolate raspberry overnight oats!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the raspberries. Then, add the raspberries, vanilla extract, and sweetener of choice to a bowl or the bottom of the jar you are using to make the overnight oats. Lightly mash the raspberries with a fork to release some of the juices.
  • Add the lightly mashed raspberry mixture, rolled oats, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and chia seeds to the jar. Mix the ingredients.
  • Put a lid on the jar. Then, place your overnight oats in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Mix the ingredients before eating, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

  • Sweetener Options: Use sugar, maple syrup, honey, or a sugar-free sweetener.
  • Storage: We love to meal prep these raspberry overnight oats. You can make a few jars of overnight oats all at once and leave them in your refrigerator to enjoy all week for breakfast! These overnight oats are best enjoyed within 3-4 days.
