Protein coffee is an excellent start to the day or a refreshing mid-day energy boost. It is delicious and super easy to make in less than 5 minutes.

- 8 ounces almond milk or milk of choice
- 1-2 shots of espresso or 4-8 oz brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons protein powder chocolate, vanilla, caramel, or flavor of choice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Add the milk, brewed coffee or espresso, and protein powder to a blender or shaker bottle.
Thoroughly combine the ingredients. You can blend the ice with the ingredients or add it to a cup.
Pour the protein coffee into a cup and enjoy!
- Combine: If not blending the ice with the ingredients, you can use a shaker bottle or a stick blender to combine the ingredients.
- Flavor: For a different flavor, use a different flavor of protein powder.
- Protein Shake: You can substitute the milk and protein powder with your favorite pre-mixed protein shake. Combine the protein shake and coffee or espresso, and serve over ice.
