PEACH TIRAMISU IN A JAR

- 1 medium peach chopped into small pieces
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon monk fruit, honey, sugar, or sweetener of choice
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch of lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons light whipped cream, CocoWhip, or TruWhip
- 1 ¼ ladyfingers
Wash and dry the peach. Then, chop the peach into small pieces.
Add the chopped peaches, cinnamon, sweetener of choice, lemon juice, and lemon zest to a bowl. Mix these ingredients.
Cut the ladyfingers into 4 smaller pieces. We used 1 ¼ ladyfingers in this recipe.
Assemble the peach tiramisu in a jar. Add a layer of ladyfingers, peaches, and light whipped cream. Continue this process one more time to fill the jar.
Chill the peach tiramisu in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours and enjoy!
