INDIVIDUAL STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU RECIPE

This individual strawberry tiramisu recipe is so easy you will want to make it all of the time. It is a no-bake summer dessert and it is layered with ladyfingers, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries
  • 6 pieces of ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cup light Cool Whip, CocoWhip, TruWhip, or whipped cream of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, monk fruit, or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the fresh strawberries. After that, cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  • Add the strawberries to a large bowl. Then, add the vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sweetener to the bowl.
  • Lightly mash the strawberry mixture with a potato masher to release the juices.
  • Cut each ladyfinger into three pieces.
  • Assemble each serving of strawberry tiramisu in a jar. Add a layer of the strawberry mixture and then a few pieces of ladyfingers. Repeat these layers until you reach the top of the jar.
  • Place the lid on the jar and let the tiramisu chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-4 hours.
  • Top with whipped cream when ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Chill: This recipe is best enjoyed after the strawberry tiramisu has been chilling for a while. If you can, we recommend making this recipe the day before so the ladyfingers become soft and absorb the strawberry sauce.
  • Storage: This strawberry tiramisu will last 1-2 days in the refrigerator and is best enjoyed fresh the next day.
