These homemade fruit popsicles are an absolute treat on a hot summer day. I absolutely love the combination of strawberries and cherries with a hint of lime in these popsicles.

Servings: 16 popsicles
- 12 ounces frozen strawberries
- 12 ounces frozen cherries
- 16 ounces coconut water
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Add the frozen strawberries, frozen cherries, sweetener of choice, lime zest, lime juice, and coconut water to a blender. Thoroughly blend these ingredients until smooth.
Pour the liquid into a popsicle mold forming 14-18 individual popsicles. This depends on the size of your mold. Optional: Chop some cherries and strawberries into small pieces to add to the popsicle molds before freezing.
Place the lid on your popsicle mold along with the sticks for each popsicle.
Freeze the fruit popsicles in the freezer overnight and enjoy!
- Prevent Dripping: To prevent your homemade fruit popsicles from dripping, you can put a cupcake liner through the popsicle stick.
- How Long To Freeze: These homemade popsicles take anywhere from 5-8 hours to freeze, depending on the size of your popsicle mold. I like to make these the day before and freeze them overnight.
This recipe makes 14-18 popsicles. One serving is one popsicle.
