HEALTHY BURGER BOWLS

For the Meat:
- 1 pound ground turkey, ground chicken, or lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion white, sweet, or brown
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the Bowl:
- 4 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens
- 1 cup shredded light cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 medium avocado sliced
- 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles sliced or chopped
Prepare the toppings. Chop the lettuce, halve the tomatoes, slice the avocado, and roast the sweet potatoes.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced onions. Sauté until translucent, then push them to one side of the skillet.
Add the ground meat to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Break the meat apart with a spatula and cook until browned, fully cooked, and combined with the onions.
Divide the ingredients evenly among four bowls. Start with the lettuce, then layer on the cooked ground meat and onions, shredded cheese, tomatoes, avocado, roasted sweet potatoes, and pickles.

- Storage & Meal Prep: You can store these ingredients in separate airtight containers in the fridge for 2-3 days. When ready to serve, reheat the protein and potatoes, then add the fresh toppings and sauce.
