Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain 0-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons light mayonnaise optional
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, optional light mayonnaise, pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
  • Thoroughly mix until all the ingredients are combined.

Notes

  • Serving: Serve the sauce right away or chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Storage: Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. If it thickens after chilling, just stir it and add one teaspoon of milk at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Without Mayo: Make this Big Mac sauce without mayo for a lighter version, or add a little for extra creaminess and flavor.
  • Pickle Relish to Use: You can use sweet pickle relish with no sugar added, dill pickle relish, or finely chopped pickles instead!
  • Sugar-Free Option: Use sugar-free ketchup and no-sugar-added pickle relish.
