Rinse and drain the Great Northern beans. After that, dice the onion.
Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then, add the chicken to the slow cooker.
Add the frozen corn, Great Northern beans, onion, fire-roasted green chiles, salsa verde, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Lightly mix everything and put a lid on the slow cooker. Cook everything on low in the slow cooker for 2.5-3 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked. Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and place it on a cutting board. Then, use two forks to shred the chicken. Then, place it back in the slow cooker. Mix everything in the slow cooker and put the lid back on to keep it warm.
When you are ready to serve, top with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
