How To Make Homemade Pumpkin Bagels

These homemade pumpkin bagels are delicious and easy to make! To make them, add the flour, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree to a bowl.

Then, thoroughly combine all the ingredients. The dough may be a little sticky so add some flour to your work surface so that it’s easier to roll.

After that, cut the dough into 6 pieces. Next, take each individual piece and roll it into the shape of a bagel. Also, feel free to egg-wash the top of your bagels for color.

The photo shows what the bagels look like with and without the egg wash. They taste amazing either way, the egg wash is just for color. Bake the pumpkin bagels and enjoy!
