EASY AND FRESH SPRING ROLLS 3 WAYS
These fresh spring rolls couldn't be easier to make and they are perfect for spring and summer. Spring rolls are a perfect refreshing appetizer, lunch, or light dinner. Also, they are great to enjoy with our healthy peanut dipping sauce.

- rice paper
- cilantro
- mint
- basil
- lettuce spring mix
- cucumber
- green onions
- microgreens
- red bell pepper
- shredded carrots
- avocado

- cooked chicken
Wash and dry all of the vegetables. We used a fruit and vegetable wash to wash our vegetables and then we dried them in a salad spinner which removed all of the excess water.
Dip the rice paper in warm water and get all of it wet. You want to get it wet but make sure it's not flimsy because the rice paper will soften as you assemble the spring roll.
Add your favorite ingredients or try one of the combinations that we shared above. Then, roll the spring roll and enjoy!
- Serving: Please note that you do not need all of the ingredients listed above to make these spring rolls. They are just some of our favorite ingredients to put in our spring rolls. Also, feel free to get creative and make your own spring rolls or try one of our combinations.
