- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons golden monk fruit, brown sugar, or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Add the frozen peaches, almond milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, and cinnamon to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. For a thicker consistency, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours.
- Milk Options: To keep it dairy-free, use your favorite plant-based milk such as almond, oat, or cashew milk. Light coconut milk also works and adds a subtle tropical flavor.
- Sweetness: Adjust the sweetness by adding more of your favorite sweetener to taste.
