CRISPY AIR FRYER GREEN BEANS
These air fryer green beans are a delicious and easy side dish. They turn out perfectly crispy and crunchy and they only take 10 minutes to make.

- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or lightly spray them with olive oil spray
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 of a lemon squeezed
- 1 pinch of lemon zest
Rinse and dry the green beans. Then, cut both ends off of all the green beans.
Add the green beans to a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the green beans. Use tongs to thoroughly mix.
Add the green beans to the basket of your air fryer. Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer, you may need to cook them in two batches. There is no need to preheat the air fryer. Air fry them at 370 degrees F for 6-8 minutes. Make sure to check and toss the green beans around with tongs a few times while they are cooking so they don’t burn or stick.
Once air fried, carefully remove the green beans from the air fryer and transfer them to a plate. Squeeze some lemon juice on top, add a pinch of lemon zest, and enjoy!
- Crispy: Don't overcrowd the air fryer with green beans. If necessary, cook the green beans in batches.
- Parmesan: As an option, sprinkle them with freshly grated parmesan once done.
