- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese fat-free, low-fat, or full-fat
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Add the ground turkey breast, cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
Mix to combine the burger mixture in the bowl.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and press down to form patties.
Lightly spray a grill pan or non-stick pan with oil over medium heat on the stovetop. Add the patties to the pan and cook them for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve the cooked patties on your favorite buns, add your favorite optional toppings, and enjoy!
