- 1 cup cottage cheese fat-free, low-fat, or full-fat
- 2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, lime juice, or apple cider vinegar optional
Add the cottage cheese, dry ranch seasoning powder, and optional lemon juice to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Thoroughly blend until smooth.
Transfer the dip to an airtight container and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serving: Serve this ranch dip with fresh vegetables and crackers, or add it to a sandwich.
- Dressing: To turn this into a ranch dressing, add one teaspoon of milk at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
