- 1 ½ cups fat-free cottage cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes not in oil
- 5-6 leaves of basil
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Add the fat-free cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sun-dried tomatoes, basil leaves, and grated parmesan cheese to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Thoroughly blend all of the ingredients until smooth and combined. We like to chill this dip in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the flavors to come together.
- Storage: Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
- Cottage Cheese: Use fat-free, low-fat, or full-fat cottage cheese.
