- 1/2 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 teaspoons milk of choice
- 2 teaspoons light mayonnaise
- 1 ½ teaspoons hot sauce or more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon stone-ground mustard or dijon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Add the 0-fat greek yogurt, milk, light mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, stone-ground mustard, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients and enjoy!
- Hot Sauce To Use: We used Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce. Another great option is Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce.
- Serving: Serve this buffalo ranch sauce with oven-fried chicken tenders.
- Storage: Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
