BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP WITH GREEK YOGURT
This buffalo chicken dip with greek yogurt is the perfect dip for game night or just plain snacking. This dip has creamy cheesy flavors and a touch of heat.

- 4 wedges of Laughing Cow light cheese triangles, or 4 tablespoons light cream cheese
- 1/2 cup 0-fat greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ranch powder
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce, we used Frank’s RedHot
- 6-8 ounces fully-cooked shredded chicken breast or 12.5 oz (7 oz drained) of cooked canned chicken breast
- 1/2 cup shredded light cheddar cheese
- 2-3 green onions sliced
Add the light Laughing Cow cheese wedges to a large bowl and mash them with a fork. Then, add the 0-fat greek yogurt, ranch powder, and hot sauce to the bowl. Thoroughly mix all of these ingredients.
Add the cooked shredded chicken or rinsed and drained cooked canned chicken to the bowl. Also, slice the green onions and add the white parts of the green onions to the bowl. Save the green parts of the green onions for the top. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients.
Once mixed, transfer the buffalo chicken dip to an oven-safe 4x5 baking dish or 6-8 inch oven-safe soup bowl. Spread the dip in the baking dish so there is an even layer. Sprinkle the shredded light cheddar cheese on top of the buffalo chicken dip in the baking dish.
Bake the buffalo chicken dip at 350℉ for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and warmed through. Top with the sliced green onions and enjoy!
- Cheese: Use Laughing Cow light cheese wedges or light cream cheese.
- Chicken: You can make this buffalo chicken dip with rinsed and drained canned chicken, shredded chicken, or rotisserie chicken. Just make sure to use fully cooked chicken.
- Hot Sauce: We used Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce. You could also use Frank’s RedHotBuffalo Wings Sauce or your favorite hot sauce.
