Servings: 1 serving
- 1 medium-sized ripe banana
- 7 mini Nilla wafers
- 2 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup milk 1%, whole, or non-fat
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream of choice
Peel the banana and slice it into 1/4-inch slices.
Add the milk and vanilla instant pudding mix to a bowl. Then, whisk until a pudding forms, about 2-3 minutes.
Assemble this banana cream pie in an airtight jar. Add all of the mini Nilla wafers to the bottom of the jar. Optional: You can crush the Nilla wafers. Then, add a layer of pudding and banana slices. Keep layering the pudding and banana slices until you use them all.
Once assembled, seal the jar and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for 3-4 hours so the pudding has time to set. Then, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
- Sugar-Free Pudding: You can use 2 ½ teaspoons of sugar-free pudding mix instead.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
