APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS GLUTEN FREE

We’ve taken all the delicious flavors of apple pie and made apple pie overnight oats! These overnight oats are an easy and healthy breakfast that will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon golden monk fruit, brown sugar, honey, or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In an airtight jar, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, sweetener of choice, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract.
  • Secure the lid and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir well before serving. Add your favorite toppings, if desired, and enjoy!

  • Storage: These apple pie overnight oats will last 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
  • Milk Options: You can use your milk of choice for this recipe! Some options are unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, or even 1% or 2% milk.
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice Swap: If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, simply use cinnamon instead. You can add a dash of ground ginger or nutmeg if desired for another layer of flavor.
  • Meal Prep: These overnight oats keep well in the fridge for a few days, so you can double or triple the recipe to have a healthy breakfast ready to go throughout the week.
