Ingredients

  • 1 small spaghetti squash (about 1-1.5 pounds)
  • olive oil spray
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Carefully cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  • Lightly spray the flesh of the spaghetti squash with olive oil. Then, sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned squash halves in the air fryer basket, with the cut side up. Air fry at 375°F for 18-22 minutes, or until fork-tender.
  • Let the squash cool slightly, then use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands. From there, serve as desired and enjoy!

  • Spaghetti Squash: To ensure your spaghetti squash fits in the air fryer basket, use a small one that weighs between 1 and 1.5 pounds.
