- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic or one clove of fresh garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Wash and fully dry the cherry tomatoes. Leave them whole or slice them in half.
Add the cherry tomatoes to a large bowl. Then, add the olive oil, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Thoroughly toss gently to coat the tomatoes.
Add a parchment paper liner to the air fryer basket. Then, place the seasoned cherry tomatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry the cherry tomatoes at 375°F for 8-12 minutes, depending on your air fryer. They should be softened and slightly blistered. Once done, carefully transfer them to a dish and serve them warm.
- Storage: Store leftover air-fried cherry tomatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Leave Whole Or Slice: You can leave the cherry tomatoes whole or slice them in half before air frying them.
