Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese fat-free, low-fat, or full-fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese to your blender, food processor, or use an immersion blender in the cottage cheese container.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
