STRAWBERRY DOLE WHIP

This easy strawberry Dole Whip is a light and refreshing twist on the Disneyland classic. It’s dairy-free, vegan, and includes a Ninja Creami option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free maple syrup or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract optional

Instructions

  • Add the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla protein powder, sweetener, and optional coconut extract to a blender.
  • Thoroughly blend the mixture until smooth. Then, serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Vegan: This strawberry Dole Whip is naturally vegan, just make sure to sweeten it with maple syrup instead of honey and use a vegan protein powder.
  • Milk Options: We used almond milk, but feel free to swap in oat milk, cashew milk, or whatever milk you prefer and have on hand.
  • Sweeten to Taste: The sweetness can vary depending on your strawberries, pineapple, and protein powder, so taste your Dole Whip before serving and adjust the sweetener as needed to make it just right for you.
  • Ninja Creami: For an extra creamy texture, make this strawberry Dole Whip in the Ninja Creami! Just double the recipe, blend everything, pour it into a pint container, and freeze overnight. Then spin it in the Ninja Creami. For best results, add a splash of almond milk and re-spin.
