- 1/2 cup plain 0-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise optional
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Add the plain Greek yogurt, optional light mayonnaise, sriracha, fresh lime juice, garlic powder, and salt to a bowl.
Thoroughly mix until the sauce is combined and smooth.
- Yogurt Options: You can use plain non-fat, low-fat, or full-fat Greek yogurt. Or, you can use plain regular yogurt, but the sauce will be thinner.
- Vegan Option: To make this sauce vegan, omit the optional mayonnaise and use your favorite vegan yogurt.
- Touch of Mayo: For richness and flavor, add a touch of mayonnaise in addition to the Greek yogurt. Or, opt for a mayo-free version by just using Greek yogurt.
- Adjust the Heat: Start with one tablespoon of sriracha. You can always add more if desired, depending on your heat preference.
- Lime Substitution: If you don’t have fresh lime juice, substitute it with 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar.
- Sauce Consistency: For a thinner sauce consistency, add a splash of milk.
