- 1, 11-12 ounce pre-mixed vanilla protein shake use your favorite
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
