PROTEIN PUDDING
You will love the simplicity of this protein pudding! All you need is two ingredients! We made a chocolate protein pudding, but you can easily customize it.

- 1, 11 ounce chilled premixed chocolate protein shake
- 1/2 package of chocolate instant pudding mix (regular or sugar-free)
Use a chilled premixed chocolate protein shake. (Or, make a protein shake with one cup of milk and one scoop of chocolate protein powder.) Add the protein shake to a large bowl.
Add half the package of chocolate instant pudding mix to the bowl with the protein shake. Use an electric hand mixer on medium speed to combine the protein shake and pudding mix until the pudding consistency forms, about 2-3 minutes.
Evenly pour the pudding mixture into two small bowls or ramekins. Place the bowls in the refrigerator and chill for at least one hour, or until the pudding is set. Once the pudding is set, enjoy it or top it with optional whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
- Thoroughly Combine: Ensure you thoroughly combine the pudding mix in the protein shake with an electric hand mixer. It will take about 3-5 minutes.
- Make The Protein Shake: If you don’t want to use a premixed protein shake, you can make your own. Use one cup of cold milk or non-dairy milk and one scoop of your favorite protein powder.
- Vanilla Pudding: To make this protein pudding vanilla-flavored, use a vanilla protein shake and vanilla instant pudding mix.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container or tightly cover the ramekin you poured the pudding in with foil or plastic wrap. You can store leftovers for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
