MANGO POPSICLES

These 3 ingredient mango popsicles are such a refreshing and delicious treat. They are the perfect summer dessert or snack to have on hand!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen mango chunks
  • 10 ounces coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • lime zest on top optional
  • Tajín chile lime seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Add the frozen mango, coconut water, and lime juice to a high-powered blender. Then, blend until smooth.
  • Pour the liquid into a popsicle mold. This recipe makes 6-8 popsicles, depending on the popsicle mold you use. After that, place the lid on your popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze the mango popsicles in the freezer overnight. Once frozen, enjoy! Optional: Top with lime zest and sprinkle some Tajin on top for a kick of flavor.

  • Mango: You can use frozen or fresh mango in this recipe.
  • Freeze: It takes these popsicles about 6-8 hours to freeze. However, it is easiest to make these popsicles the day before and freeze them overnight. Also, keep any leftovers in the freezer so they stay frozen.
