- 12 ounces frozen mango chunks
- 10 ounces coconut water
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- lime zest on top optional
- Tajín chile lime seasoning optional
Add the frozen mango, coconut water, and lime juice to a high-powered blender. Then, blend until smooth.
Pour the liquid into a popsicle mold. This recipe makes 6-8 popsicles, depending on the popsicle mold you use. After that, place the lid on your popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks.
Freeze the mango popsicles in the freezer overnight. Once frozen, enjoy! Optional: Top with lime zest and sprinkle some Tajin on top for a kick of flavor.
- Mango: You can use frozen or fresh mango in this recipe.
- Freeze: It takes these popsicles about 6-8 hours to freeze. However, it is easiest to make these popsicles the day before and freeze them overnight. Also, keep any leftovers in the freezer so they stay frozen.
