- 9 ounce bag of coleslaw mix (with shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots)
- 1/2 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise optional
- 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar, can sub white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon or stone-ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed optional
Add the coleslaw mix to a large bowl.
Add the 0-fat Greek yogurt, optional mayonnaise, champagne vinegar, mustard, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional celery seed to a separate bowl. Then, thoroughly mix the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix. After that, toss the coleslaw mix in the dressing. Then, serve and enjoy!
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
- Champagne Vinegar Substitution: If you don’t have champagne vinegar, substitute it with white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
- Coleslaw Without Mayonnaise: You can omit the optional mayonnaise from this recipe to make it mayo-free.
