- 15.5 ounce can of cannellini beans rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Rinse and drain the cannellini beans.
Add the rinsed and drained cannellini beans, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Thoroughly blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Enjoy or store the hummus in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
