CREAMY TOMATO BASIL DRESSING NO OIL

This tomato basil dressing is creamy, packed with fresh flavors, and super easy to make! Also, this dressing can be used as a salad dressing, a dip for vegetables, and in a wrap.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
  • 10-12 basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes not in oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 small garlic clove crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked pepper

Instructions

For The Dressing

  • Add the 0-fat Greek yogurt, basil leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic glaze, crushed garlic, salt, and cracked pepper to a blender.
  • Thoroughly blend all of the ingredients and enjoy!

For a Delicious and Fresh Salad

  • We love making a salad with this dressing. We used some fresh spring mix, shredded carrots, grilled chicken, red bell pepper, garbanzo beans, cucumber, tomatoes, cracked pepper, and this dressing to make our salad.
