- 1/2 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
- 10-12 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes not in oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
- 1 small garlic clove crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked pepper
For The Dressing
Add the 0-fat Greek yogurt, basil leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic glaze, crushed garlic, salt, and cracked pepper to a blender.
Thoroughly blend all of the ingredients and enjoy!

We love making a salad with this dressing. We used some fresh spring mix, shredded carrots, grilled chicken, red bell pepper, garbanzo beans, cucumber, tomatoes, cracked pepper, and this dressing to make our salad.
