COTTAGE CHEESE OVERNIGHT OATS

- 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/3 cup fat-free cottage cheese whipped
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh berries or fruit of choice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds optional
Wash and dry the fruit you will be using. If the fruit is large, chop it into bite-sized pieces.
Add the cottage cheese, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the rolled oats to an airtight jar. Then, add the chia seeds and a pinch of salt to the jar.
Pour the cottage cheese blender mixture into the jar. Then, add the fruit to the jar.
Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients.
Secure the lid on the jar and let the overnight oats refrigerate overnight before enjoying.
