COTTAGE CHEESE OVERNIGHT OATS

I love cottage cheese overnight oats because they are packed with protein and flavor. I can't wait for you to dig into these delicious overnight oats!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup fat-free cottage cheese whipped
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries or fruit of choice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds optional

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the fruit you will be using. If the fruit is large, chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add the cottage cheese, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the rolled oats to an airtight jar. Then, add the chia seeds and a pinch of salt to the jar.
  • Pour the cottage cheese blender mixture into the jar. Then, add the fruit to the jar.
  • Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients.
  • Secure the lid on the jar and let the overnight oats refrigerate overnight before enjoying.

  • Cottage Cheese: Fat-free, low-fat, and full-fat cottage cheese all work.
  • Blend The Cottage Cheese: Make sure to whip the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  • Make More Overnight Oats: This recipe makes one jar of overnight oats. We love to assemble more individual jars for meal prep.
  • Storage: You can store these overnight oats in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
