COTTAGE CHEESE DEVILED EGGS
These cottage cheese deviled eggs are creamy, packed with protein, and so delicious! They’re lightened and made without mayonnaise.

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup whipped cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon stone-ground mustard or Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch paprika for garnish
Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
Hard-boil the eggs. Once done, remove the shells, slice the eggs in half, and carefully place the yolks in a large bowl.
Add the blended cottage cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the egg yolks.
Thoroughly mash until the mixture is smooth and combined.
Transfer the filling into a piping bag with a tip or a plastic bag, then cut off a small corner. Pipe the filling evenly into each sliced hard-boiled egg. Garnish with paprika and optional fresh herbs, then enjoy!
- Herbs: Garnish with optional chopped fresh chives, dill, or parsley for a fresh burst of flavor.
- Blend The Cottage Cheese: Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor so it’s smooth and creamy in the filling.
- Use A Bag To Pipe: Place a Ziploc bag in a cup, fold the edges over the rim, and scoop in the filling. Seal the bag, snip off a corner, and pipe the mixture into the sliced hard-boiled eggs.
