- 4 ounces chilled Prosecco
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice or orange juice
- pomegranate arils or orange slices optional
- fresh cranberries optional
- rosemary sprigs optional
Before you want to make this cocktail, make the juice cubes. Each frozen juice cube should have about one ounce of juice each. Add pomegranate juice or orange juice to an ice cube tray. Optional: For the pomegranate juice cubes, add fresh cranberries and pomegranate arils to the ice cube tray. For the orange juice cubes, add orange slices, fresh cranberries, and an optional sprig of rosemary to the ice cube tray. Freeze the juice cubes overnight. If you don’t want to freeze the juice, chill it and add two ounces to the cocktail instead.
When ready to serve, add two frozen pomegranate or orange juice cubes to a champagne glass. After that, pour the Prosecco into the glass. Optional: Add a sprig of rosemary on top. Then, serve and enjoy! You can make up to six cocktails with a 750 mL bottle of Prosecco.
- Champagne: You can make this cocktail with champagne instead of Prosecco.
- Mocktail Option: Make it a mocktail and use sparkling water.
