CHOCOLATE BAKED OATS
These chocolate baked oats are packed with rich decadent chocolate flavor. This is the perfect easy recipe to make when you are craving chocolate cake!

- 1/3 cup quick oats or rolled oats
- 2 ½ tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar or 1:1 sugar-free sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
Add the quick oats to the blender and blend.
Add the Dutch-processed cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, sweetener of choice, vanilla extract, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk to the blender and blend.
Lightly pulse in the egg.
Lightly spray an oven-safe ramekin with coconut oil. Then, pour the batter into the ramekin. Add the mini chocolate chips on top before baking.
Place the ramekin on a baking sheet and bake at 350° F for 27-30 minutes. Let the baked oats slightly cool and enjoy!
- Chocolate Chips: Use as many as you would like or omit them altogether.
- Gluten-Free: Use certified gluten-free oats.
