Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon your favorite ranch dressing or ranch powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon light feta or blue cheese

Instructions

  • Hard boil the eggs. Then, remove the shells, cut the eggs in half, and place the egg yolks in a large bowl. Save the eggs to put the filling in once it is done.
  • To the large bowl with the egg yolks, add the 0-fat Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce. Thoroughly combine these ingredients and make sure the egg yolks are completely mashed.
  • Use a piping or plastic bag to pipe the filling for each deviled egg. Or, you can use a spoon to scoop some of the filling and add it to each egg. Top your buffalo deviled eggs with light feta or blue cheese and chopped chives. Enjoy!
