BLUEBERRY TIRAMISU
Blueberry tiramisu is a delicious berry tiramisu variation of the classic Italian dessert. The ladyfingers are infused with the juices from the blueberries.

- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
- 3 ladyfingers
- 1/4 cup CocoWhip or whipped cream of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch of lemon zest
- 1 pinch of salt
Wash and dry the fresh blueberries.
Add the blueberries, vanilla extract, sweetener, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt to a large bowl. Lightly mash the blueberries with a fork or potato masher to release some of the juices.
Cut each ladyfinger into 4 pieces.
This recipe makes two individual blueberry tiramisu jars. Add a layer of the blueberry mixture, ladyfinger pieces, and whipped cream. Continue to layer the jars until you reach the top of them.
Place the jars of blueberry tiramisu in the refrigerator and let them chill for 1-4 hours, then enjoy!

- More Servings: You can make more individual servings of this blueberry tiramisu. They are easy to assemble in jars.
- Serving: Refrigerate these no-bake blueberry tiramisu jars for 1-4 hours or overnight before serving. When you are ready to enjoy, add more whipped cream on top if desired.
- Storage: You can store these blueberry tiramisu jars in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Store them in the airtight jars you assembled them in.
