Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Add the crumbled blue cheese and 0-fat Greek yogurt to a bowl. Leave the crumbled blue cheese chunky or mash it into the Greek yogurt with a fork.
  • Add the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and champagne vinegar to the bowl. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients and enjoy!

  • Storage: If you have any leftover dressing, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days
  • Serving: This recipe makes about 1/2 cup of blue cheese dressing.
  • Blue Cheese: Use pre-crumbled blue cheese or crumble the blue cheese yourself.
  • Thinner Dressing: To make the dressing thinner, add an additional one teaspoon of milk at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
