Ingredients

For Caramel Apple Nachos:

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce regular or sugar-free
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped pecans or walnuts

For Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Apple Nachos:

  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 tablespoons of PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
  • 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons almond milk, milk of choice, or water
  • 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips or sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Core the apple, cut it in half, then slice it into even slices, about ¼ inch thick.
  • Arrange the apple slices on a plate.
  • Caramel Apple Nachos: Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with chopped pecans or walnuts.
  • Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Apple Nachos: Mix the PB2 and almond milk in a small bowl until smooth, drizzle it over the apple slices, then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
