Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Add the ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce to a large bowl.
Mix the ingredients until thoroughly combined, but don’t overmix.
Divide the mixture into four even-sized portions. Roll the mixture into four even balls and lightly press them down to form the patties. Each burger patty should be about four ounces and 1/2 inch thick.
Place an optional parchment paper liner in your air fryer basket. Then, add the turkey burger patties to the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, you may need to cook the patties in batches.
Air fry the turkey burger patties at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, or until fully cooked and they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Flip the patties halfway through while they are cooking so they cook evenly.
To make our homemade special sauce for burgers add the 0-fat Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and apple cider vinegar to a bowl. Then, thoroughly mix the sauce.
Once the turkey patties are fully cooked, let them slightly cool. Optional: Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for a few minutes. Then, assemble the turkey burgers. Add a cooked patty to each burger bun, top with our special sauce, add other optional toppings, and enjoy!
