AIR FRYER PINEAPPLE
Air fryer pineapple is the perfect snack, appetizer, side, or dessert that's ready in a snap! Air frying pineapple brings out the sweetness and juiciness of the pineapple. Also, this recipe is great because you can use fresh, frozen, or canned pineapple!

- 1 pineapple
- lime juice to taste
- Tajín, chili lime seasoning optional
Cut the pineapple into rings that are about ½ to 1 inch in height. Then, cut the rings into 4 pieces like a pizza. Or, feel free to use frozen pineapple chunks or canned pineapple.
Remove the core of the fresh pineapple from each cut. You can leave the rind on the fresh pineapple.
Place parchment paper in your air fryer. Then, place the fresh pineapple pieces, frozen pineapple chunks, or canned pineapple on top of the parchment paper in the air fryer.
Air fry the pineapple at 400℉ for 5 minutes. There is no preheating required. Then, flip the pineapple pieces and air fry them on the other side for 3-4 minutes, depending on the size of the pineapple and your air fryer.
Once air fried, let it cool, remove the pineapple, and squeeze a wedge of lime on top. We love to top our air fryer pineapple with some Tajin for a kick.
- Evenly Cut: Make sure to cut your pineapple into the same-sized pieces so that it cooks evenly in the air fryer.
