AIR FRYER PEACHES WITH CINNAMON
If you have a peach or two lying around, you have to make these quick and easy air fryer peaches with cinnamon. They are perfectly sweet and delicious! The air fryer makes the peaches caramelize and brings out their natural sweetness and flavor.

- 1 medium-sized ripe peach
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar or golden monk fruit
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 light spray of coconut oil or oil of choice
- light vanilla ice cream, light whipped cream optional
- chopped walnuts, granola optional
Wash and dry the peach. After that, cut the peach in half and remove the pit.
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Lightly spray the peach halves with coconut oil. Then, spread the combined ingredients on the top of each peach half.
Place some parchment paper inside your air fryer. Place the peach halves face-side up on top of the parchment paper. Air fry the peach at 350℉ for 7-10 minutes depending on your air fryer. Optional: For an extra treat, enjoy these air fryer peaches with some light vanilla ice cream, light whipped cream, chopped walnuts, or granola.
